Old School Pickup Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, email us at admin@oldschoolpickup.com regarding your concern and we will reply to you with the next course of action.
Terms and conditions of returns:
- 28 day returns from estimated delivery time.
- A full refund will be given if the item is faulty or damaged.
- We do not accept change of mind.
What to do:
- Email us with any concerns at admin@oldschoolpickup.com. If something arrives faulty or damaged, include a detailed photo of the whole item.
- A reply will be sent regarding the next steps to take.
- If the item is being sent back please keep track of the tracking note in case the package is lost.
- Returns will take approximately 5 business day to process once the package is received and inspected, and a confirmation email will be sent.
